Why Does Method Processing Exist?

WHERE IS THE PROCESSING SOFTWARE?…

There are LOS’s, CRM’s and POS’s available to help loan originators do their sales job efficiently and effectively, but where are the project management tools for processing the loan?  There are none…so we made one.

No matter how experienced and well-intentioned a processor is, without project management tools available to them, they are going to forget things, drop the ball and make any number of other mistakes.

To address this, we created and train our processors on a custom processing and loan management software which makes a good processor great.

How Do We Do What We Do?

WE TRAIN OUR PROCESSORS ON 3 CORE METHODS.

With these fundamentals in place, we can virtually guarantee the success of every loan we take ownership of.  Go through our mutual vetting process and we will schedule a screen-share with you to show you how.

Constant Communication

Communication is our #1 priority.  Our software allows our processors to update you on every single aspect of your loan.  You will automatically receive all of these updates in real time and at a glance you will know what was finished, what is being worked on and where the loan is headed.  Additionally, we CC you on every email and provide detailed weekly loan summaries.

Deadline Management

Processors are humans.  Without technology driven “deadline management” tools, how can they be expected to juggle 15+ loans at a time, all while taking real-time audibles from their LO clients?  Our software and training makes deadline management easy and transparent.  Both you and your processor will be able to prioritize, adjust and monitor the deadlines of all of your loans at the same time.

Never Forget

How many times have you or your processor forgotten something that needed to be accomplished on a loan?  What if this could be prevented?  Our software and training addresses this issue head-on and provides the tools necessary to never forget anything, no matter how big or small the task is.  (No more white-board, paper notes or excel spreadsheets)

Who Are the Founders?

1st cousins and life-long friends, Stuart and Shane are avid entrepreneurs who thrive on developing solutions to business efficiency problems.

After years of being unable to find decent loan processors, they identified that the problem wasn’t due to a lack of talent or good intention, but rather, there was no standardized Methodology or project management software available for the processing industry.

Stuart has been a loan originator since 2003. With his deep understanding of loan origination, we are able to filter our decisions through his experience and custom-tailor our Methods to suit the type of clients we want to work with.  Every process and system we create is influenced by a loan originator’s point of view.

Since 2009, Shane has owned and consulted with many types of businesses, with a primary focus on operations and technology. Partnered with Stuart as his industry guide, he brings to the table all of the Methods that have proven successful over the duration of his career.

Our Team

ALL OF OUR PROCESSORS ARE VETTED FOR THE ABILITY TO BECOME PROJECT MANAGERS.

Unfortunately, the processing industry and the people within it, have never come to any sort of standard.  Processors have been everything from entry-level assistants, to working 90% of the file for the LO.

The one thing nobody seems to realize is that the term “processor” isn’t really accurate. They are project managers.  Or at least they should be.

LO’s focus on sales and customer service.  So who is managing the loan from start to finish and making sure the ball doesn’t get dropped?  Someone MUST be a project manager of the loan.

Our processors are all veteran processors who know how to do the mechanical functions of processing.  But what is more important, is that they are empowered with custom processing software and the training they need to become project managers.

We don’t take on just ANY new client
